Delete in the app
Open D.R. AUTO and sign in. Choose Settings → User account → Delete user account. Read the confirmation and choose Confirm to request deletion. Cancel closes the confirmation without deleting the account.
Request without app access
Email zastitapodataka@skvid.hr with the subject D.R. AUTO account deletion. Include the app name and registered phone number with country code. We may ask for proof of account ownership. Do not send a password, PIN or SMS code.
Scope and timing
The request covers your mobile profile and associated device, access and communication records. A confirmed request marks the account and related records for deletion, followed by removal or anonymisation under applicable retention rules. Business documents that D.R. AUTO must retain for legal obligations or legal claims may be retained only as necessary. We will explain the scope, timing and any exceptions, including backup handling, when processing your request. Deleting the mobile account does not by itself cancel a vehicle-service or purchase agreement.
