SKVID d.o.o. (“SKVID”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This Privacy Policy explains, at a high level, how personal data are processed in connection with the Velim platform, including its websites, applications, and related services, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with the use of the Velim platform operated by SKVID d.o.o., Jalševečka cesta 40, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia.

2. Personal data we process
We primarily process personal data that users voluntarily provide, for example when registering for or using the Velim platform, contacting us, or requesting support.

In addition, certain technical and usage data may be processed automatically when the platform is used. This includes data necessary for the secure operation, maintenance, and functionality of the service (such as technical logs and security-related information).

We do not process personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the provision and improvement of the Velim platform.

• performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract,

• legitimate interests related to operating, securing, and improving the Velim platform, or

SKVID implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

7. Children’s privacy
The Velim platform is not intended for use by children. Where information society services are offered directly to a child, personal data are processed only in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including age-related consent requirements under the GDPR.
