Quad Expert — account deletion

These instructions apply to the user account in the Quad Expert mobile app, published by SKVID d.o.o. on the Velim platform.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Quad Expert and sign in.
2. Open Settings → User account → Delete account (Croatian: Postavke → Korisnički račun → Obriši račun).
3. Read the notice and confirm your deletion request.

Request deletion without access to the app

Email zastitapodataka@skvid.hr with the subject Quad Expert — account deletion. Include the app name and your registered phone number, including its country code. We may ask you to verify ownership to protect your account. Do not send your password or SMS code.

Data covered and deletion period

The request covers your user profile (name, phone number, address and other profile details), associated device and push notification records, and messages and attachments associated with your account.

After your request is confirmed, the account is marked for deletion. Final removal of data and attachments is managed by the retention system within 60 days. The same period applies to removal of this data from backups.

Where a legal retention obligation or another applicable legal exception covers specific business records, those records are retained only to the extent and for the period required. We will explain any applicable exception and retention period when handling your request. Deleting your mobile account does not itself cancel a purchase or service relationship with Quad Expert.
