About the app
This notice covers the D.R. AUTO app published by SKVID d.o.o. on the Velim platform. SKVID d.o.o., Jalševečka cesta 40, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, provides the platform and technical support. Data processed
Sign-in and profile functions process your phone number, first and last name, and profile details you provide, such as address, city and postal code. Messages process your enquiry and the photos or documents you choose to send. Appointment requests contain your chosen service, date, time and optional note. The app uses user, installation and device identifiers, notification tokens, session information, app and operating-system versions, and security and technical logs. Authorised staff can process business messages, call records, tickets and appointments within their workspace permissions.
Purposes and grounds
We process data to provide sign-in, verify access, handle enquiries and vehicle-intake requests, display replies and notifications, provide support and protect and maintain the service. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is provision of the requested service or pre-contractual steps, a legal obligation, legitimate interests in security and reliability, or consent where required. Data is not used for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal data.
Access and providers
Content sent to the service is available to authorised D.R. AUTO staff according to their permissions. SKVID and technical providers process information needed to operate and support the platform. Mobile notifications use Expo/EAS, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. Data may be provided to competent authorities when legally required. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, where applicable, are subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Device permissions
You choose photos and documents using system pickers. The camera is used when you start taking a photo or scanning. Saving a received image uses add-to-library functionality. The microphone is used for an audio check that you start in SIP settings. You may change permissions and notifications in device settings. Optional biometric checks are handled by the operating system; the app does not receive your biometric template.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while needed for the service, security, request handling and applicable legal obligations. Confirming deletion marks the mobile account and associated records for deletion; final removal or anonymisation follows applicable retention rules and any legal exceptions. Start a request in Settings → User account → Delete user account, or email zastitapodataka@skvid.hr. Include D.R. AUTO and your registered phone number with country code. Do not send a password or SMS code. We will explain the applicable scope, timing and any retained records when handling your request.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Requests are answered without undue delay, normally within one month; you will be informed of any permitted extension and its reasons. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency at https://azop.hr/.
External websites and updates
External links open websites with their own privacy rules. The app is for D.R. AUTO customers and authorised staff and is not specifically directed at children. Updated 16 October 2026. Changes will be published on this page.
